Returns, Refunds, & Shipping Information

I cannot accept returns due to customization of orders and sanitary reasons. I cannot resell items that have been worn. Exchanges are only accepted as an exchange for size if made the incorrect size by me and the item has not been worn, or if the item is damaged on my behalf. In these cases, an item replacement or store credit will be issued.

If for any reason you need to cancel your order, please understand that I ask this be done as soon as possible, it must be within 24 hours of placing your order or I cannot guarantee cancellation.

Current turn around time is 5-10 business days unless stated otherwise (RTS items may ship sooner, etc). This does not include shipping time, once I have shipped the item(s) out USPS is in control.
